Been using the Tineco S5 Combo for a month now and I’m genuinely impressed. It’s so convenient to have both vacuum and mop in one — it picks up dust, hair, and even wet spills in a single pass, which saves a lot of time. The self-propelling feature makes it super easy to use, and it doesn’t feel heavy at all. I also love the handheld mode — great for sofas, corners, and even quick car cleaning. Battery life is solid for my whole flat, and the self-cleaning function is a game changer — no messy cleanup after. Only small downside is the water tank could be a bit bigger, but overall it’s been amazing. Highly recommend if you want something quick, efficient, and all-in-one.

I have only had it s short time, but love it, and this one is great. Am really happy with the Tineco because it canbe handle both vaccuming and moping together. And also, self cleaning feature is superb...

Great product, easy to use and easy yo clean. The self cleaning procedure is great too. Easiest way to clean your house. Best part about it is, the dirty water gets stored in tank and fresh water keeps getting used. Although i feel the battery life is little shorter. I mean its perfect for a house as big as 1000sq ft. But just about one time use in one charge. If you want to do dry plus wet cleaning you will have to recharge before you used it the second time. But overall a great experience.

I have been using this product for 3 months now. Really useful. I previously owned a robo vacuum cleaner but this one is better. Takes just 30 mins to clean my 2bhk house. The vacuum cleaner also clears sofas and carpets well.

I purchased a Tineco device in December 2023, and while it performed well for the first year, things took a sharp downturn soon after. One by one, various parts started breaking down — and here's the catch: each replacement part comes at an exorbitant cost. Reaching customer service is a challenge in itself. When you do manage to get through, you're expected to pay the full amount upfront, even for service-related issues. Despite paying significant service charges in advance, I had to wait over two weeks for a technician to arrive. To make matters worse, the freshwater tank developed a leak within just a month. When I sought a replacement or repair, I was quoted Rs. 4,990 on Tineco’s official portal and Rs. 5,990 by their partner, Frootie India Private Limited — neither of which offered any warranty. This experience has been extremely disappointing. The lack of post-purchase support and the sky-high pricing for parts is unacceptable. If you're considering buying a Tineco product, be aware that things might run smoothly in the beginning, but don’t expect the same level of service or reliability after the first year. Frankly, I wouldn’t even call it customer service at this point.
