I have POTS and these have been a lifesaver!!!! The quality is great and the price is unbelievable!

UPDATED REVIEW, 9/5/22: An excellent bargain for sodium tablets, identical to more expensive brands. If you genuinely need them, this is a great buy as they're inexpensive and easy to swallow. (And way better than eating handfuls of salt. Believe me, I tried that! Blech.) BUT, Important Medical Note! I originally bought and used these, for quite some time, because my doctor had said I needed them for my low blood sodium level. Wrong! I later learned from a kidney specialist that that was terrible advice. The sodium level in your blood work has nothing to do with the amount of sodium you consume. (Apparently, that sodium level is regulated by your brain.) In fact, consuming more sodium in my case was the opposite of what I needed to be doing! I was told to drink less water. That said, please do not take this as personal medical advice. As always, talk to a competent doctor/kidney specialist. Yep, I changed doctors!

POTS hero
A must have in our home. This allows us to keep sodium on hand anywhere we are. This has been divide up to keep in the car, purse, backpacks, etc. Being a family with more than one of us having POTS sodium tablets are a necessity and life saver.

I mean...they do the job.
They do the job, but damn they're salty. I mean yes, they're supposed to be, obviously, but these things are HARD to get down and I usually don't have a problem with pills. If you have a delicate gag reflex, don't waste your time. They could at least coat the tablets. But apparently people like to dissolve them in water or something? I mean, if I wanted to drink salt water, I'd go play in the ocean. I usually choke on some if I'm out there long enough. But alas, I can't find any salt pills anywhere that are coated, and I don't live anywhere near the ocean.
