Jatamansi is known for helping in hair issues and sleep issues , i bought it for sleep issue , i take it every night 1 tsp in boiling water and let it cool down and take it just before sleep it works wonders and because it is working it is original product and can be consumed, not like some other powders which is just for hair application , best powder in affordable rate some sellers charge extra for edible one
