This is a wonderful product
A friend got me turned onto these. I couldn’t believe that they taste really good and was so low in calories. I love them. I love that is organic. I love lettuce. It’s low car pasta and such a better alternative, if you’re trying to eat healthy and lose weight. This is a must have and they are very cheap and it’s abundant full after you cook them and it doesn’t even take very long to cook them.

Excellent option for pasta alternative
As a prediabetic, I was looking for something to replace my traditional pasta. Red lentil and chickpea pasta did not work for me. I found this and it was tested against nine other types of ingredients for pasta, and this had the best rating for taste and low glycemic index. Just had the fettuccine with some tomato sauce and it was fabulous. At about $3.50 per serving, you are doing something wonderful to your body while keeping your sugar spike at a minimum.

Good product, high price but not crazy
Fairly good pasta substitute. Great in terms of calories and carbs. Mostly tasteless unless you're trying really hard to notice. No problematic smell. Fairly easy to prepare, with the caveat that the anglehair is difficult to unclump.. Primary downside is the price, but compared to other konjac noodles it's pretty good at about $2.50 per serving.

Yummy noodle alternative that helps you keep your calorie goals in line!
These have no odd smell and are really just a blank slate for cooking. I dry fry these for at least 4-5 minutes after rinsing them for a minute and they come out amazing! They absorb flavors well. I have never eaten more than one pack for a meal and I have not dealt with any GI upset. I chew well and follow with lots of water to ensure good digestion. So great to have pasta not take up all of my calories for the day. You really can’t beat the macros. They are never going to be exactly like pasta- they have a bit more of a crunch. So far I have only combined them with marinara. I would repurchase these!

Love the packaging
I loved this variety pack. Very well packaged. The outer bag stands nicely on a shelf and the inner bag is well sealed and easy to open. These noodles didn't have much of a smell like some others. Noodles are visually pleasing and the chewiness of konjac is about average. Obviously the thicker pasta is more chewy. It is very filling and I split each bag into 2 servings. I love how easy and fast they are to prepare. A quick rinse under cold water and they are ready to throw into the pan. Worth the price. A great pasta substitute.

Turn back now, while you have a chance.
You might be asking yourself, low carbs and low calories for pasta?! It’s too good to be true! And you’re right… giving this as a meal to your worst enemy would be considered a cruel and unusual punishment. If you’re looking for a pasta replacement because you want something low carb and can’t fathom the idea of not eating pasta than look no further…. Really don’t look any further turn back. Eat this because you have to not because it’s an option. You may be asking why am I saying all this? We tried this as a spaghetti substitute and it was simply a chewy petroleum jelly of a meat sauce. Noodles, constituent of a jelly like ramen noodle that will not separate from each other. I’m not convinced you can’t use these, but to sell them as spaghetti is a crime against humanity. If you’re going to want to make a pasta, just make a normal pasta… at most buy the chick pea pastas and balance it with a nice garlic bread. Good luck out there for those who are brave enough to ignore this warning. May god have mercy on your palette.

Love having these for my "pasta" dinner. Use with my own concoction or with meal in a bag heated up. Just takes a minute to wash and heat for my lunch. LOVE that they are in various sizes for whatever I feel like that day. Highly recommend for variety and taste! as well as size for meal.

I have tried all the different shiritake noodles. This one gets five stars from me, above them all, including the brand Miracle Noodle. I have no problems digesting them as I have had with others, they are also less chewy and more like glass noodles. You’ve got a customer for life!

Wonderful. My family loves it when I make them for their meals and better for knowing that they hardly have any carbs.

Les meilleurs Shirataki que j'ai pu mangé jusqu'à maintenant. Je mets 4 étoiles parce que chaque paquet est vraiment petit, pas assez pour 2

I was only able to use one of the packs. The rest had gone bad. They were yellow and stuck together like a sponge so I had to throw it all out. Waste of money. I always buy konjac noodles and never ran into this problem untill I bought this particular brand.
