It helped relieve symptoms after a day. Day 3 really noticed more of symptoms not as bad. This helped me be able to go to work and not be as miserable.

Used these when I was sick and honestly they worked just as good if not better than the name brand medicine out there. The day time made it easy to get about my day with how much relief it brought me; and night time worked great also as I usually don't get sleepy from night time cold medicines but this time I did get drowsy. The size / amount worked great for how long I was sick for and I had left overs so next time I am sick I can use them.
