My hair is thinning bad. I tried another brand of hair vitamins first with more collagen and biotin but I had skin and hair issues being really oily. For about a year, my hair has been brittle and breaking a lot. My hair was coming out in clumps in the shower and in my comb. I was concerned enough to go to my endocrinologist but he blew me off and said it was natural. I mean, come on. I think I know my body? I know some hair loss is normal and that your hair can go through phases of shedding and growth but what I had didn't feel natural. It’s very stressful losing so much hair in such a short time. You feel like you are losing your identity. I would look at my photo on my license and wish I still had that hair. So I started experimenting myself. I tried a bunch of supplements before this, mostly vegamour and nutrafol. They didn't seem to help me. I'm not sure why. It was actually my sister that recommended Routine Wellness to me. She was using their shampoo and conditioner and really liked it. I didn't try that at first - I jsut went straight for this supplement. I'm not sure why. I felt like something internal was going on. I ordered the bottle and got it on July 17th. I have never missed a day since then of taking two pills of this. I take these with my blood pressure medication at the same time. There aren't any side effects or issues with my meds. Within a week, I felt like I could tell a noticeable difference in my hair texture. My hair was thicker and had more volume. I could tell this clearly. The root was standing up. Even if my hair was oily, it wasn't flat. It had volume and body that had been missing for some time. My bald spots were still there, but my hair felt better. By the end of the first month, after the first bottle was gone, I was hooked. I could see a lot of new baby hairs growing on my hair line. The hair I had felt thicker. Bald spots were becoming less noticeable. There was less hair in my shower. Like it was so clear. I just crossed the six month mark. I feel like I'm my old self again. I recognize the girl on my license. My hair is thick again. My bald spots are barely noticeable anymore. My baby hairs have grown in and are long now. I can blow my hair or style it the way I want. I’m completely impressed with this Routine Wellness supplement! I highly recommend trying it. I still do not know what caused my hair loss. Was it getting older? Was my BP getting higher? Was it pre menopause? Was it having kids? Was it COVID a few years ago? All I know is that this supplement is helping make me feel confident again! The highlights after 1 month were: 1. I’m a believer! My hair hasn’t really had a growth spurt in a long time. It improved the length for sure! Unfortunately it hasn’t stopped it from falling out. So that’s why I gave it four stars.⭐️

After 2.5 months I do not see any improvement. I am on my 3 rd bottle as the first week I took 3 a day to start with a Boost! However that has not seemed to make any difference! I believe I have read you need a product that has DHT blockers for best results.

Wow!!! I did a lot of research into what supplements I wanted to try for my thinning hair. This was the one I tried first since it was part of a system and I'm not naive enough to think that just one pill will fix my problems. My dermatologist seems to think I am though because that's exactly what she did, give me a prescription for a medication and sent me on my way without figuring out the root of the problem (which I believe to be PCOS). I got the shampoo, conditioner and serum to go along with these supplements and I'm SO HAPPY that I went with this system because it is working!!! Within days I saw less hair coming out in the shower and when brushing my hair. I also know it's working because for about a week I forgot to take it and I started seeing more hair loss in the shower. I saw my stylist about a week after starting this and told her it was working. I saw her again last week, about 5 weeks after starting this and she cannot believe my regrowth, all over my head, including along the edges where it had previously receded. For reference, I have very fine hair but have always had a lot of it. My hair loss started about two years ago with gobs coming out in the shower and when brushing. It was falling out with the root ball attached. However, my hair was regrowing on its own but was falling out at such a fast rate that it didn't matter that it was growing back. Even new growth would fall out a couple months after regrowing. I did take pictures when I started the regimen and will post pictures in a few months when the progress is more noticable than quarter inch hair. Btw, the shampoo and conditioner is also amazing. It really cleans my hair, give me volume and doesn't weigh my hair down. I strongly urge you to use the whole system. I use the serum twice a week. I have already reordered the supplements and will keep doing it because it is totally worth value for the results that I am seeing. It is easy to use, I take them with a meal as suggested.

I’ve been using this product for nearly three months, and unfortunately, I haven’t seen the results that were advertised. I did not experience thicker hair or a reduction in shedding. Based on the marketing, I expected to notice some improvement within three weeks, but that wasn’t my experience. While it may work differently for others, it did not deliver the promised results for me.

I'm in my third month using the Routine Wellness supplements, shampoo and conditioner. Much of my long gray hair had been going down the drain. Hair loss is at a minimum now. My hair is soft and shiny. Definitely recommend.
