I’ve not even been requested to write this review, but I think this is a miracle product. I noticed a reduction in wrinkles on my face in less than a week after starting to take these capsules. I have taken Marine Collagen for a couple of years, because I don’t eat meat. But someone kept telling me to move to Bovine- and eventually I thought I’d try- this one had them all, so thought that might be best of both worlds. Perhaps my lack of meat eating is the reason these had an impact so quickly. Would definitely recommend trying them.

These collagen capsules are very easy to swallow, which makes taking them daily effortless. The recommended dose is 3 capsules a day, which is what I’ve been taking. So far, I’m really happy with them. Good value for money. I’ve already started noticing improvements in my skin, it looks more hydrated and smoother and my joint feel stronger and less painful too. It’s important to be mindful of how you take collagen…I highly recommend taking it with vitamin C, as it helps with absorption, otherwise, it won’t be as effective. Overall, I’m very pleased with the results so far and will definitely continue using them.

Have been taking these for a while now (3 months), and they really have done the trick. There’s a noticeable improvement with my skin texture, nail strength, and hair. I also very much prefer the capsule option (as tried the powder, and found it actually did taste awful, even though it said, with most of the comments also agreeing it had no taste). The convenience of the capsule option means you don’t have to faff around mixing it in etc. either.

Llevo unas semanas tomándolo y puedo decir que noto las manos mucho menos agrietadas por el frío y el uso de jabón. Con una toma constante y en combinación con otros productos, es un gran remedio natural.
