I used this for neck and back pain. It fits perfect on my neck and shoulders. Heats up nicely and relieves pressure in my back and shoulder area. Well worth it!

This heating pad is fantastic, heats thoroughly especially around the neck and back. I love it and just wish I had gotten it years ago. The pad is soft and fits well, and such a nice blue color on the outside. I think I will put a Velcro tab at the upper neck area in front to keep it closer around my neck. It is so relaxing when using it, the heating can be adjusted from slightly warm to really hot. I had to lower the temp to 4 to 5 on the temp control. Controller works easily and I loved the automatic shut off. Dozed off with the pad on and it shut off in the proper time. Arrived quickly and packaged well. Pad is made well, should last a long time. Really recommend this pad.

I really like this BUT there's a problem with the "rope" type binder around the edges of this otherwise comfortable shawl. Its like laying on a board that is very uncomfortable. After a few uses and fighting with that hard edge which surrounds the pad I fixed it. I took a knife and cut a few half inch slits in the crease then cut into the fabric which holds a zillion little beads and proceeded to empty out each section until they were all gone. Results are a comfortable shawl heating pad that lays flat and no longer digs in your my back. Perfect! If you decide to do this be prepared for a mess if you aren't prepared for a cup full of BBs that will come out. When I was done I shook it out in the tub to get the last of them out or as close as I could get it. Otherwise it's a great device for your neck & shoulders that gets too hot on highest setting for my taste anyway. Just drop down one or two numbers for your personal taste. It heats fast and very well. Once the rope surround is emptied of those hard packed beads it's perfect. Sure it looks nice with the edging but it it isn't comfortable to lay on. Maybe they'll rethink tge manufacturing method and cut that out. Meanwhile you can take it on yourself and de-bead an otherwise great product.

I bought this for my mother who is always complaining about her shoulders being cold. I'm usually apprehensive about buying this type of product since it's more of a personal preference than functionality. It's simple to use and heats quickly and to my surprise, my mother loves it. She seems to use it more on her stomach and legs than her neck but she said it's very nice to use. My mother is 90+ in age so being simple is very helpful. If she forgets to turn it off, the auto-shutoff takes over with is a positive. The power cord length is very good and the buttons are good size for her hands.

I really loved it, I deal with nasty pain and it was so awesome. It really worked so so well! It stopped working after 2 months so I was pretty bummed out. I used it daily so I’m not sure if that was why but yeah, a bummer. Honestly I might buy another one and get insurance on it. It feels so good on my neck and upper back. I’ve had a couple of neck surgeries and this truly felt incredible!

The one I received doesn't work.its shows F7 not the display.cant function the temperature ,timer or on/off button. tried it many times on different days following the manual. I don't recommend it

The voltage is not mentioned in the specifications and now I cant use it because our power supply is 220 volts not 120 V I will try and return it
