Why does it say hearing aids, very confusing ?(60 powerone hearing aid batteries size: 675p cochlear)

These batteries are specifically for Cochlear Implants. Being the recipient of two Cochlear Implants, I use them accordingly. The more expensive ones last longer in my Implants.

Whats the expiry date on them?

The expiry date is February, 2021.

Each of the batteries I received is 1.45 volts.
