I;ve been using these for about two weeks and I feel like they do help with with lessen stress levels. They were a good price which is why I chose these to begin with. Unfortunately, they are a little difficult for me to swallow because of the size. If you don't have trouble with this, it shouldn't be a problem. If you are just starting on your cortisol journey, these could be worthwhile to try.

This actually works well, but I just read that ashwaghanda shouldn’t be taken if on statins or estrogen. I’m on both! I am sadly not going to renew this because this stage of life is where I need the cortisol regulation/stress reduction. Unfortunately, I need the other things too. I’ll have try something without the ashwahanda
