Review: PoE/NVMe hat works perfectly and the case fits and looks great! - I work as a communications engineer and I wanted a robust and reliable solution for running a Zabbix server on a Raspberry Pi 5, with the idea that I can take it on jobs with me, connect it to a PoE switch and leave it to do its thing. I tried a different brand of combined PoE/NVMe hat that didn't work (built in active fan wouldn't spin up and my RPi5 couldn't see the SSD) so I was very pleased when this worked straight out of the box with a Lexar NM620 SSD. One thing to be aware of is that this hat is taller than other brands and wouldn't fit into my existing RPi5 case but it fits perfectly inside the optional GeeekPi aluminium case so buying them as a bundle makes sense! I also like that the hat comes with the official RPi active fan, plus the heatsink has the thermal pads already fitted so you don't have to fiddle around with those yourself. Overall I'm very impressed with both the hat and the case and would definitely recommend them. Review: Well made product - Good quality, fits well, looks nice on table, the cooler and fan is OG from raspberry manufacturer, so it ramps up and down. Manual covers well how you should mount it and connect together. I personally also bought separately some SSD nvme drive cooler. ## Features - Compatibility: This kit includes a P33 M.2 NVME M-Key PoE+ HAT, an aluminum case and an official Raspberry Pi Active Cooler, specifically designed for the latest Raspberry Pi 5 model, ensuring optimal performance and compatibility. - Robust and Portable: This Pi 5 Case is made of High-Quality Aluminum material, can provide a strong and durable protection for your Raspberry Pi 5 Board; and it can accurately access to most of the Pi 5 Ports, such as usb-c power jack, micro HDMI ports, usb ports, Ethernet jack, sd card slot, power button, 4-lane MIPI DSI/CSI connectors and so on. - Official Raspberry Pi 5 Active Cooler Included: The Raspberry Pi Active Cooler for Raspberry Pi 5 is a dedicated clip-on cooling solution for Raspberry Pi 5.
