I love this gadget and it has become one of my favorite kitchen tools. It is perfect for everyday cooking and has made food prep so much easier. It can cut almost anything, including vegetables, potatoes, onions, and fruit, and the blades give clean and even slices every time. The different attachments are simple to switch out, and the container underneath keeps everything neat and collected. It is straightforward to use and cuts my prep time by at least ninety percent, which makes a big difference during busy meals. The handle feels comfortable, the base stays steady while slicing, and the overall design is user friendly. The parts also clean easily, which is important for something used often. For the amount of functions it offers, this slicer has great value for money and performs exactly as promised. I am very happy with this purchase.

I wanted to give some time before I gave my honest opinion on this product because people should know it it is worth buying. I bought this back in 2022 and it is still chopping vegetables to this day which is February 20th 2026. It chops them like it's still new and I use it a lot. Very durable and dependable It definitely holds a lot of chopped vegetables. I can pre chop and set it in Refrigerator til I need them so I don't have to dirty another bowl to store them. Fair price definitely worth buying and makes life so much easier when chopping vegetables ugh I hated chopping vegetables buy hand it was to time consuming ugh and then there's the danger of cutting your finger while chopping vegetables. Yes this definitely cut back on the risk well all except the mandolin part I did slice my thumb by accident I don't really care for that part of this but that could just me being in a hurry and not paying attention guess I saw something shiny and looked away at the wrong time. But it definitely is a good product and worth it.

Today is July 10, and last year, on June 16 and 21, I bought 2 of these. I use each one about twice a week to prep vegetables — mostly the dicing attachments. (I bought the one without the mandoline, then realized I will use the mandoline, and having two makes weekly food prep go faster.) Let’s be clear: these are assistive devices. Yes, a knife can dice, slice and julienne, but vegetable prep devices are faster and safer for people with arm, hand and shoulder issues, for those with proprioception issues, and those with strength or dexterity issues. Having a set that are safe, easy to clean, and reliable can be the difference between getting enough fresh produce in one’s diet and living on pre-packed food. And THAT, at least in the US, is the difference between getting adequate medical care or just being told to “eat better”. I use these pretty regularly. After a year of use, the blades are still fine and while the grid and the pusher can be a pain to clean, everything is top level dishwasher safe, so it’s mostly a case of letting the machine do the work. These are ONLY used for vegetables. The problem is with the spring push buttons that hold the top to the bottom of the upper half. These have a plastic pin that pressure fits into a socket, and the socket is not strong enough. The pins have broken off on both of the ones I bought last year. They can be somewhat repaired with superglue and carving off some plastic, but at that point, while the hinge will work, the two parts of the top can no longer separate. I think, given a choice, I’d rather the two halves of the top NOT separate and the hinge be permanent, while the grids and push grids remove as they do. But since I don’t make design decisions, my choice is this: do I want to re-buy at least the cheapest version once a year, or look for an alternative? I do not think this is a result of my dishwasher; since both tops have broken the same way after about the same amount of use. I think the push leveler mounting points are just not up to the job.

This is a great, reasonably priced chopper/slicer. The blades are really sharp and easy to switch out. The bin is a good size. It stays put when in use. It’s a huge time saver and easy to clean. The only complaint I have is that the lid closes over flush the bin - there’s no space between the lid and the bin, so it’s a little inconvenient trying to open it every time you reload it. The original version of this chopper has a “grab space” between the lid and the bin.

We had to chop pounds and pounds of onions to help make vats of soup for a soup sale. My husband thought I was nuts for volunteering us for this job but that is because he did not know what I knew, which was that I'd seen this chopper recommended on several cooking videos and was just looking for a reason to purchase it for our home and this was just the reason I needed! The chopper arrived quickly, as promised, and as fast as I peeled the onions, he chopped them! In fact, he had to wait for me to finish peeling the onion a few times. He really LOVES using this chopper and now looks for recipes that call for chopped vegetables and fruits. He has taken over the cooking the last few years now that I am not well and for the first time, he is smiling as he preps the foods....guys and their gadgets, huh? This chopper does all sorts of chopping, dicing and slicing in various sizes and shapes and does it very well. Clean up is easy, too, because it can be put in dishwasher. Of course, the reason it does such a great job is because the blades are precise and sharp so be smart and be careful when using this chopper to ensure that you are only chopping food and not your fingers! We are both very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend it.
