Up Date: In future will buy only meat of Single sourced Ranch/ Cow meat not this product.
Very good delivery from order date. Disappointed because Meat is Not Sourced from One Cow. Meat is Blended mixture of beef from several countries, and various meat packing plants. . I wish I had researched better . WE rolled the dice mainly for convenience sake . Edible but not the greatest . Just MEH, IMHO, local Butchershop from now on .
