What I love about these cards, is they are easy to carry with you. Sturdy and semi-waterproof. Easy to read, and understand. Best trainer cards out there and the price is awesome. I solely believe in fitness and knowledge being readily available to whomever wants to learn. These are helping me learn the basics and I am trying to memorize them to be able to help others in the future. I love the pictures of the muscle groups the workouts focus on, and the quantity of reps you can do. Great job!! Thank you for such a cool product. j'ai choisi celle-ci parce que je voulais connaitre les parties du corps travailler selon les exercises. ça me permet de choisir les cartes pour mon entrainement en fonction des parties que je veux travailler ou de faire un programme plus complet qui touche à tout... clair et simple. on aime ça.
