I know guava works well for me, either from tea or supplements. I can tell that the formulation in this supplement does have some potency, though it is not my favorite in this respect: even some specific guava tea brands seem more potent, and by comparison with other capsule supplements containing guava this is low on my scale. There is very little info on the label and in the product description, and apart from the GMP certification there is no significant seal of quality, like third party lab testing. I am giving this a four star rating because it has some effectiveness.

These supplements are easy to take, and I have not had any adverse reactions to them. They are part of my daily vitamin intake.

Doesn't help with weight loss. Didn't really feel any different.

I absolutely love fresh Guava, but where I live in the Midwest it is rarely available. When Guava is available at local stores, the quality of the fruit is mediocre at best as ripeness is sacrificed for transport ability. Since I cannot purchase ripe guava fruit everyday, I rely on accessing its vitamins, minerals and nutrients from these 1000 mg extract per serving capsules from Rimo Nutrition. My package of 120 capsules arrived securely sealed and very fresh. In keeping with its reputation, taking this supplement does seem to help with my digestion.
