Very hard density roller. Painful to use without some type of cushion put on it first
Be careful with this product, this "Medium Density" is hard as a rock. I'd hate to see what the High density roller feels like.I am not returning it because it is useable when I put a small pillow on it.

Easy way to loosen tight muscles.
Takes some work to use. I am 84 years old and it is not easy to balance on it but it can be done.
