KimChiChic Beauty Puff Puff Pass Set & Bake Loose Setting Powder Makeup

I love this powder. I tend to stay away from powders because they show the texture on my skin, but this was perfect. I've used it with light and heavy makeup and it worked great.

I love this powder! The packaging is super cute and the powder puff is so vintage lol honesty it’s what drew me into it! I used this powder allllll over my face after setting my concealed areas and dusted it off everywhere that wasn’t concealed after a few moments to ensure my makeup wouldn’t melt off on a hot day at work. I let the rest bake while I did my eyeshadow and lip combo and it gave snatched! It was a hot day as a cashier at a drive thru window but my face stayed put and this definitely made a difference in my makeup routine!

I wanted to try a look inspired by the one and only painted by Esther. But I didn’t have pink setting powder and didn’t even know if it would look good considering I have a fair complexion and I’m 38 and not a beautiful melanin queen. So I wanted something cheaper but good, like top notch quality. But something I can experiment with given I’m new to this. I decided to try the pink kind and not the translucent pink and just go all in. That way it blends transitionally like her looks. It’s a beautiful powder! Super softly finely milled, pigment is soft and not blinding and actually blended transitionally while brightening my under eyes. I did use a smaller powder puff and not the one it came with then warmed the powder in my hands like she does so it went on in small doses so it doesn’t crease. The key is how she applies her concealer with a powder puff first to not get creasing and use just the trimester amount because a little goes a long way. I have dry oil combo skin and it stayed satiny matte all day even through my nephews graduation and crying. This is a photo after wearing the powder for over 8hrs before I take it off and head to bed.

I ordered the pink set and bake powder from Kimchi and it’s great!! Definitely 💯 brightens up under my eyes. I will definitely be repurchasing in the future. Next time I’d like to try the lavender or the banana color to compare.

This powder was OK. I’ve only used it once and maybe it didn’t like the formula that was already on my face from the concealer, but it left a little bit blotchy. I wish it left a little bit more of a pink undertone, but it is a good affordable option.

This is my holy grail. I got so many comments about how smooth my base looks, plus it last all day!!

This powder has been in my rotation since Givenchy changed the formula in their Prisme Libre loose formula. I like the way this sets and holds my makeup. I have realllllly oily skin.. there are very few powders or any makeup that works for me lol This powder has been really good. I love the packaging, the puff is great, the crew top is handy as I can sift a bunch of powder into it and work with the puff from there. The pink powder is nice for me when I'm tan and I prefer the translucent when I'm more light. I have fair skin. The packaging travels well.
