It works rather well in calming you down, the calming effect lasts for a decent amount of time, it’s easily worth the purchase.

I have been using kava kava root in various forms for about 8 years. It has a very distinct bitterness that it takes some time to get used to. And it typically eases one’s nerves within 15 minutes. This brand, however, has no indication that there is kava extract in the formula other than what it says on the bottle. It tastes like simple syrup and has no bitterness. It also does absolutely nothing for the nervous system. I’ve gone through half the bottle, giving it the benefit of the doubt. I found it absolutely ineffective in every way to the point that I believe the product is an outright scam.

There was no "intoxication" as some people describe with their use of the powdered Kava, but I slept very well. I took half a dropper-full about an hour before bedtime and then another half-dropper at bedtime and fell asleep easily every night. I was not monitoring how much I had left and ran out before I could get a replacement. My sleep suffered. That's experiment enough for me. This stuff works.

Good potency but need better price on bigger bottle.

It was very effective for sleep. It also taste good. Will be buying again!

This is not Kava, its sugary syrup, which has none of the flavor, mouth numbing, or effects of kava, rip-off and cant return. Dont buy. Ive tried many kava tinctures and teas, this is crap.

Knowing something about Kava Kava, this didn't give me that feeling. The ingredients included in the recipe, I assume would cause a synergistic effect. Maybe those othrr ingredients coubtrrscted of what I think Kava Kava would do. Otherwise, perhaps a healthy concoction, that supports irs intended effect and efficacy. If you want to understand what I mean, then look up some valid resource onformation on effects of Kava Kava. It might be helpful as a destressor tonic? It fies have a pleasant taste, however.

I didn’t buy more cuz of the price.
