Great product and fast shipping.
My partner was delighted with this product. Easy to set up and says it’s great for the price. He had a similar model before this that was slightly bigger. But he prefers this one. Shipping was only one day. Would recommend. This product was new. Not refurbished

Love this laptop for gaming.
The quality of this laptop is very good it’s got some weight that means good quality. It’s got plenty of functions for what you need in a gaming laptop. It’s fast enough for what I need I will upgrade the ram in time. It can get a bit noisy at times but it is a gaming laptop after all.

Can't recommend for anyone wanting to migrate Win 10 to Win 11 - it is not capable of doing this.
One star only because I couldn't give zero stars. Like many, I have an old laptop, not suitable for Win 11. Even worse it just died one day leaving me without. This machine (MSI Katana A15 AI B8VE) looked like a suitable, modern replacement in which I could load my Win 10 system and then convert to win 11. I loaded a clone of the old Win 10 system on a second NVME SSD and updated all the drivers for the new machine and it works fine in Win10. Two problems: 1) the laptop is not capable of upgrading from win 10 to win 11 (as confirmed by Micro-Star International and Microsoft - both of whom washed their hands of the problem). Not even using any of the methods, published on the internet, for circumventing the requirements for Win 11. 2) The system came with Win 11 installed on the first NVME SSD. It has failed the last two Win 11 updates even though it tried them several times. This is an AMD-based system, which I would normally prefer over Intel, so my comment is restricted to them, but I would be as cautious about buying an Intel-based one. I would avoid buying any laptop, desktop or motherboard from MSI which uses AMD chips. Based on my experience, you will get a non-upgradable, non-maintainable machine and likely waste days trying to get it to do a mundane task like upgrade from Win 10 to Win 11. A last point. Amazon have graciously accepted the simple fact that the product is "Not fit for purpose" and offered a full refund. As a last desperate measure I recommissioned an old (over ten years old), Windows 11 incompatible desktop; backed up the target Win 10 system; copied it to a SATA SSD via a USB/SATA adapter; run the upgrade on the desktop on the SSD using the "windows server" option (in cmd, run setup.exe /Product Server /Compat IgnoreWarning); mounted the upgraded SSD on the MSI via a USB/SATA adapter and configured it to boot from the USB/SATA; boot the SATA SSD; then I had to upgrade everything for the MSI (again); and finally use disk copying software again to copy the SATA SSD to the internal NVME SSD. It took a day. Why? Because Microsoft, AMD and MSI basically don't care about the problems they create.
