I am very impressed with the customer service that Yellow Mountain Imports recently provided me, regarding my set of these Mahjong tiles. It has been two years since purchasing these through Amazon. Recently, one of my tiles developed cloudiness for no particular reason, so that I could no longer use my set without the tile being very obvious when playing. I contacted Yellow Mountain to see if I could purchase a replacement tile. Instead of doing this, they sent me a complete new set of these tiles for free! Who does this, any more??! I was shocked and now have become a lifetime customer of theirs. Great customer service! I went directly to Yellow Mountain with my problem. All they requested from me was my original order number and a few photos showing the problem with my tile.

The Chinoise Mahjong set is beautiful and the tiles are quite sturdy. The blue floral pattern is vibrant and they are easy to shuffle for playing the game. It seems like the tiles were "dipped" in acrylic because there is no glue line where the clear part of the tile connects to the floral part. It feels smooth all around. Extra tiles are provided within the packaged tiles so I recommend separating them according to likeness before you play to remove those extras. I didn't do that, ended up with 8 extra tiles after set up, and had to do the match up before starting over.
