Refreshingly different
This rather unusual drink has a bitterness and an astringency, briefly coating the tongue like tannins from strong tea or vermouth. The actual flavour or aroma is like sweet figs, but the sweetness is balanced by the astringency, to give a refreshing effect. It is probably low in sugar too, so is healthy from that point of view.

Love this stuff feel loads better on 2 tablespoons a day can dilute or mix with smoothies or food! Really worth trying this super food
