Great taste and work well to help feelings of overwhelm

These really help my 12 year old son during football games. He can get anxious but he plays so well when he has one, he is so composed and full of confidence. He seems different kid! Whether it’s the placebo effect I don’t know but so far so good!

I’d always had the pastilles and spray but thought I would give these a go. They start off with a texture of a hard boiled sweet but have a soft centre when you get to the middle. The orange flavour was really nice, not sickly sweet like you get with some sweets. And I don’t know whether it worked because I wanted it to but It seemed to chill me out after about 15 mins or so. Have a driving test coming up in a few weeks so will be taking these with me!

I like these, I use one before bed, it helps me focus and unwind. I think it’s more the action than the ingredients. They taste nice but they are a bit expensive.
