Nature's Best Myo-Inositol Powder - Suitable for Women - Fast Absorbing - Delicious & Easy to Mix - UK Made - 200g Powder, 50 Servings

I chose to buy this as I have symptoms of Complex PCOS and wanted to see if this would help. It's only been a month, but I've noticed some differences already. The powder is fine and tastes pleasant. The only moan I'd have is that the scoop is 0.5g which can be tedious for 4g (8 scoops). So, I got a 4g scoop off Amazon. Either way, I have no complaints so far. And have noticed improvements in stomach upset and it has helped my digestive system. Good quality. Easily swallowed in a drink or sprinkled on cereal (mixed in milk). A bit pricey, but have seen more expensive and less effective products, so I'm not complaining on that either. I think it is too soon to register sleep quality.

I love adding Nature’s Best Myo-Inositol Powder to my peppermint tea it dissolves easily and doesn’t affect the taste. It’s gentle on my stomach, works well feel i have having a better nights sleep since taking and the price is excellent for a 200g tub. Definitely great value for money and will repurchase!

Mylo-Inositol is perhaps most commonly used as a supplement for PCOS. However, I actually got this hoping it would help me sleep, having read on the internet that it may enhance mood, reduce symptoms of stress, sitmulate metabolism of "feel-good" hormones, and possibly even reduce anxiety and depression. I have been taking it specifically in conjunction with Vinco's triple sleep magnesium L-threonate, which is a UK formulation of Dr Andrew Huberman's Sleep Cocktail/ Sleep Stack. Apparently, Huberman began experimenting with 900mgs of myo-inositol alongside his original 3 ingredient sleep cocktail at bedtime. He claimed he then noticed an improvement in his sleep and could get back to sleep quicker if he woke up in the middle of the night. Anyway I decided to add Mylo-Inositol and long story short, it didn't help me sleep better or noticeably otherwise benefit me. I noticed no ill side effects though, and I can vouch for the pureness of this product. Comes with a tiny 0.5mg scoop inside the tub.

Taste free and easy to mix into anything. The tub lasts a long time as you only need a very small amount

This is an easy to use supplement which just adds into your morning drink, tea, coffee, etc. Just stir it in and I didnt really notice any difference, has a neutral taste so didnt change the flavour of my drink. Too early to say if I have noticed any significant change in my energy levels but will persevere as its so easy to use.
