**Q: How do we get the right size O-Ring?**
A: Only way of I know to get the right size part would be to order somewhere else. The parts I received from Amazon were obviously cheap counterfeits of the wrong size that rely on being too cheap a purchase for you to bother with the returns process. I recommend you order from Pentair or a dedicated pool store.

**Q: Do you know if these are true Pentair parts or are they a knock off because they didn’t come in packaging that the Pentair ones come in if you buy the**
A: These were not even close to the ones I took off. Would not seal either of my 2 pumps. I had to reorder. I got these (3 Pack) Pentek, Pentair 350013 Lid O-Ring,,, and they were spot on, just like the original ones I removed.

**Q: The o ring in the instruction book is 357255 #2-357,  is that what this is?  this does not show the #2**
A: I went off the sticker on the Filter to get the model number then went to pentair website looked up my model number it brought up a. Exploded view of all the parts I found the oring then typed it in on Amazon website

**Q: What material is it?**
A: It is rubber. Best installed with a coat of white lithium grease.

Our pump was not working 12 hours after the pool guy did his weekly maintenance. When I called and they wanted an additionally $105 to drive 2 miles to “check” it, I dumped them. Called a different guy, he came right over, said this was the part we needed, ordered it, and it fixed the problem. Has been working well for the last 6 weeks.Excellent product.
