This works great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it is very hard to get the adhesive residue off my foot and heel after I remove the tape. I take the tape off in the shower, then use a nail brush and soap to try to get it off and I still have little black pieces of adhesive stuck to my skin. Other than that, it is sturdy, works well, and if you need to, you can shower and wear it again the next day because it sticks so well.

I love this tape I have alot of pain due to carpal tunnel. I am trying hard to not have surgery

This stuff is amazing! It helped me recover from my sprained knee in comfort. The durability of the adhesive was great and kept the tape from coming off even in the shower. This was worth the money.

I like the fact that has a perfect cut and it’s easy to apply on the skin without messing up the tape

This tape doesn’t stick well at all. Not sure how it has so many high reviews. I wear this to bed on my feet and legs and wake up to it peeled halfway off every morning.
