Worked as expected

Needed these to replace a fuse that I blew on my solar system monitoring module. I accidentally crossed the polarity when making a change and could not monitor my solar installation. Ordered these, they arrived in a day and now all is working again. The fuses came in a 10 pack for future replacements. They are a great value for the price, and now I have some to cover possible blown fuses in the future. Glad I bought them and they get 5 stars.

I ordered these fuses for my electronics like DVD and CD players. My DVD player (2 years old) wouldn't turn on after my power was restored after a storm. Most people would have just thrown the DVD player away. Not me. I opened the DVD unit up, and like any small electronic device, it has a a 250V slow blow fuse to protect it from frying when there is a power surge. I pulled the fuse and checked it with my multimeter for continuity, and the fuse was bad. I ordered these fuses and installed one into my DVD player and it fired right up after plugging it back into the power grid. These fuses were a perfect match. The price was right too!

Solid looking filament that seems to be working at least as well if not better than what came with my equipment. Nice and cheap with plenty of extras just in case. Make sure you get the right size.

Got the job done

Exactly what I needed for a ice machine circuit board.

I have a Porter Cable adjustable speed, (100 to 1800 RPM) grinder, which I mounted two of the heavy metal CBN wheels on this grinder, knowing it was about 1/4HP too small. Everything went well for about 12 months, until I blew the 10AMP slo-blo fuse original equipment on the board that controls the speed on the grinder. No problem, just buy some more fuses and maybe get another year? No way... I blew out one of these fuses first try. Second fuse, it lasted two tries. I finally gave up, third fuse and put a piece of #45 copper wire, (about 3/4 amp), in the holder with the fuse. So far, everything for the following months, (now over 6), have held and I am happy, but I would not buy these fuses again, thinking they are 10 AMP Slo-Blo. More like 9. Not every fuse is the same quality...

Bought these after the fuse in my travel charger blew. Not only did they not work, despite being the ones needed, but the fuse for my car's cigarette lighter was blown, so I had to get a new 7.5 amp fuse for that too!!!!
