Agora o que é digno de salientar é o fato ocorrido, data de entrega estava para 12/8/2025 e ontem dia 5 apareceu que foi entregue e não recebi, imediatamente entrei no chat falando do ocorrido e disseram para eu esperar até o dia 6, adivinha chegou hoje, pensei que tivesse que novo pedido, estou super feliz por ter recebido minha tornozeleira, estava na expectativa!!!

Good quality, fast service! Very beautiful color.. I have small ankles and needed to take out 5 links. This is not hard to do once you understand how. Came with good directions and tools to complete task. When I first put it on a cooling sensation appeared. It has helped with swelling and not limping as much as before. Nice ankle bracelet. I ordered the fishtail. Let me help with the tool provided. You are given both a thin metal and a thick metal link adjusting tool to use. Use the thin tool to push the pins out of your bracelet to remove a link. Use the thick tool if you have to push back the metal pin you pushed out to remove a link. My ankle bracelet had three clasp links already on (connected to each other) making it extremely long. All I had to do was unclamp (open) the first clasp link, remove it by hand ( no tool needed - just unclamp by hand and remove it). If it is still too long unclamp and remove the second clasp link. Again, no tool needed to do this. This left one clasp link remaining on my bracelet, which must remain in order to close it. After removing these two clasp links by ankle my bracelet was a perfect fit. If you have to remove additional links you will have to manually remove them using the tool provided. Just be patient and use the pointed thin tool to push the pins out and the thicker tool to replace the pins if you need to. Make sure to properly align the tool with the very small holes on the side of each link. See the video on youtube from this brand it may help. Keep the clasp links you removed in case your clasp link ever brakes. It’s easy to replace. Just remove the broken one (by hand) and replace with one of the ones you removed and saved in the beginning. Hope this helps ladies.
