Can I cut them for an ibuki (danganronpa v2) Cosplay without them falling apart

These are like regular pantyhose; I don’t think cutting them would work.

How long are these? What is the exact measurement? I am short (5’0, a little less than 100 lbs) and I need this to go about mid thigh.

They stretch pretty good and long enough to wear above or below the knee. My grand daughter still plays with them. She is about the same height as you. Hope this helps.

I have red discolorations on my legs, would these cover my red spots?
