Her hair did come matted and I had to straighten it to get all the matte out, her accessories are so cute, her paint quality is AMAZING she’s so fun once her hair is unmatted it’s so fun to swish around

I bought this for myself and I like to take the dolls out of the box but if you are an in box collector just be warned the doll is sent in plastic wrapping, no cardboard boxes to protect them from any damage. Overall I’m really happy with the doll, she’s amazing quality and I would give the doll 5 stars. It’s just the way the doll arrived that disappointed me.

Finally got my hands on Lagoona as she was so hard to get here in Australia. Paid retail price for her off Amazon. Doll came in perfect condition however the box was slightly damaged even with it being surrounded by cardboard paper. Other than that this doll is amazing!! 🩵 🫧🐠
