Was s excited for the launch of lagoona blue. She is so cute. All her accessories are so cute. Her hair is soft and the quality over all is great. She's a great gift idea for any monster high lover. She's definitely worth ever penny for my collection.

Her hair did come matted and I had to straighten it to get all the matte out, her accessories are so cute, her paint quality is AMAZING she’s so fun once her hair is unmatted it’s so fun to swish around

She’s cute. I gave 4 stars because I believe her quality is just bad. I understand that most people buying this are adult collectors, so I guess it’s not *that* big of a deal if she is not playtime ready? However I attempted to pull her arm out of the socket to remove the plastic underneath the jacket , and the arm BROKE. (I just glued it back in, a little upset.) I bought her at $25, but imagine the people buying her at 70-80+ breaking her immediately trying to remove the manufacturer plastic? She should not be so fragile. Careful guys !!!

I bought this for myself and I like to take the dolls out of the box but if you are an in box collector just be warned the doll is sent in plastic wrapping, no cardboard boxes to protect them from any damage. Overall I’m really happy with the doll, she’s amazing quality and I would give the doll 5 stars. It’s just the way the doll arrived that disappointed me.

Finally got my hands on Lagoona as she was so hard to get here in Australia. Paid retail price for her off Amazon. Doll came in perfect condition however the box was slightly damaged even with it being surrounded by cardboard paper. Other than that this doll is amazing!! 🩵 🫧🐠
