I bought this for my 8 year old daughter. I gave it to her as a christmas present. Her mind was blown. she couldn't believe that it was going to work and it was something that she could put together. The instructions are kind of basic, but at the same time not really. It's important that the child look at the photos and the text of the instructions. A lot of information is delivered in the photo that isn't necessarily put in text. Which is similar to lego instructions. She connected all the wires, and I soldered the connections for reliability and sound quality. The only critique of the product is that the sound the bluetooth speaker makes when it is turned on and again when paired is very loud. The volume is completely controllable once the device is paired. The radio is pretty cool too, it works great. It's an added bonus if the child lives in a big city. There are literally hundreds of radio stations for the child to listen to.

Instructions where easy to follow and put together. They work well once out together. The radio comes in clear.

Thes were great little builds and yes they are very small. My kids loved them and I can't get over the sound quality on these, very clear and loud. Would recommend to anyone who loves tinkering and building

Bought these for my 12yr old for Christmas and she had a great time. She very proudly shows everyone. Great product. She didn't need help at all.

The radio was pretty easy to put together. My son enjoyed it. It is tiny and not visually impressive, but the sound quality is quite good, much better than expected. The speaker is less good - harder to construct and not as good a sound. I especially like that my son has started listening to local radio stations instead of streaming everything. Radio gets five stars.
