Dyson airwrap - excellent product
superb - works very well and comes with an adapter plug as the original plug is American standard as others mention. the colour is fantastic and its a great piece of kit for styling unruly hair into sleek curls - I love it! James Dyson - absoute legend!

NOT UK or UAE plug.
This was purchased as a Christmas present so was passed the return date before being opened. The plug socket is not a UK or UAE plug so the product is unusable. This was not included with the product details.

Anyone else has Bluetooth issue and non UAE plug?
The plug is not UAE standard. I don’t know if this will be a problem for the warranty or not. And cannot connect the product on my Dyson app via Bluetooth. Anyone else can relate? All other accessories are present, no doubt about originality, seems the real deal.

It's good for hair drawing but the earlier model was more ergonomic and the ease of use made it a great product. Your hand would pain when he use it for more than 2 minutes and you feel like shutting it off and because you are purchase it by selling your kidney your forced to use it.
