Before I ever tried these I wasn't sure about the combination of licorice and milk chocolate, but it is incredibly delicious! And the chewiness of this licorice is absolutely perfect. Arrived fresh, with a safety seal in place, just like the other smaller containers of these that I've ordered in the last several months. I really like the quantity of this particular item. Wish it was less expensive, because I am now addicted and will go broke buying them lol, but for Lakrids this seems to be the best value. I want to mention the container is pretty wide, especially since I don't have large hands (for reference I am 5'2"). I'm able to just barely twist the lid off, without having to get my husband to do it. But maybe that's for the better so I don't eat them too often because they are that good!! [in the photo with the lid next to the container, it arrived with the candy filled all the way to the top - I had already eaten a decent amount before taking the picture]

These are delicious. The licorice powder on the outside is a bit strong, but short lived giving way to smooth, rich chocolate wrapped around a nub of sweet black licorice. If you like licorice, you'll like these.

Love these little gems but can't give 5 stars when they arrived open and rolling around the box.

If you’re a licorice fan this is for you. The only problem is they disappear quickly. I suggest you put them on your subscription list to avoid any extra shipping charges!

Surprisingly doesn’t taste like licorice. It’s just sooooo good. Pairs well with red wine. Yummmm
