Cons: * None so far based on my experience. Overall Summary: I bought this when I was feeling really sick and needed something quickly, so the overnight delivery was a huge plus. It arrived on time, and I feel like it definitely solved the purpose for my cold, cough, and flu symptoms. I only ended up using about one-fourth of the bottle, so it also feels worth the money.
