The Best Weโve Owned
Their mirror finish is so good on this pair that you could just use them as mirrors. Coincidently, our new oven recommends baking pans with that shiny mirror finish. We do use a thin later of foil when baking but what little has seeped through if the foil is torn is very easy to clean. A solid, quality feel but yes, there is some warping at 400 degrees after a while. Yet they go flat again when they cool. This pair is perfectly sized to bake a pack of 16 slices of thick cut bacon in our oven, side by side. Your mileage may vary so measure carefully. Highly recommended.

Well made, but still flex slightly when baking. Easy to clean. Replaced rusting carbon steel pans with questionable coating.

These are the first stainless baking sheets Iโve owned, so I donโt know how it compares to others. They are gorgeous and can practically be used as mirrors. I like the weight and size of them. What disappoints me is the that they warp in my oven. They return to normal as they cools, but I donโt like the way they warp & twists as things bake. They are easy to clean

They fit an aluminum hotel pan liner perfectly. Heavy duty, these pans don't flex
Heavy duty, these pans don't flex. Well made. I do catering and I was looking for a way to save money by not doubling up on aluminum hotel pan liners. These are the only pans I found that fit the bottom of the hotel pans perfectly. These pans are super heavy duty. I have no idea how anyone is reviewing that these pans warp. Anyway, they work great and using a single aluminum hotel pan liner is saving me money and creating a lot less waste.
