I am on my second roll of these. To understand where I am coming from- I am an excessively sweaty person when I exercise, especially in heat. When I lived in Hawaii, it was not unusual to lose a pound of sweat for every mile I ran. Since moving to the Pac NW, not quite so bad, but still sweat a lot. I don't run as much as previous but when I do (typically once per week), it is 11-15 miles. I used this product first when I moved up here. They are reliable and do the job. When it came time to replace them I bought the competitor because they were a bit cheaper. The competitor, unfortunately, would not be unusual to fall off due to sweat while I was running. It would almost always be at the end of the run so I didn't have much issue with chafe, but it was annoying. When I used all of them up, I went back to this product. These stay on really well. The only issue... they stay on too well. If you aren't completely shaved and put them on, they will pull the hair out when it comes time to remove them, even in the shower. I have taken to spraying alcohol on them when it is time to remove them. That has largely solved that problem, other than having to remember to get the alcohol to take them off. Hope this helps!

What can I say about these? Amazing product. Does what it’s supposed to do which is to cover your nipples during long runs and races and protect you from chafing. To me, these were very sticky, to the point I only felt safe removing them on the shower, which I believe is the general recommendation. Remove any oil from the skin around the nipples with some rubbing alcohol or just dry it really well with a towel before using them and you’re good to apply these. Highly recommend it.

Perfect for those times when you don't want to wear a bra but modesty keeps you from going without. They really stick. I suggest using a little lotion first on your skin because peeling them off can be quite uncomfortable.
