My son was so excited to get this for his lunchbox. He couldn’t wait to show the other kids. It holds a good amount, and keeps the food warm up until lunch time. The seal is super tight. The lid comes apart occasionally, but if you read directions it’s very easy to fix.

This cup is a perfect size for my teenager to bring cold lunch to school. But the only thing that is concerning, after the first use something between the outer layer and the inner layer came loose and is now stuck in the walls. Still works but we have no clue what it is. Food stays warm also.

Update(12/31/25) : Almost a year later a metal piece came off the bottom of the jar. It appears to have been glued to the bottom of the jar to cover over a hole that was sealed during assembly. During this time, the jar has been washed in the dishwasher. The jar still functions correctly, the bottom of the jar is now cosmetically not 5 stars. Original (1/26/25): Keeps food HOT for about 2 hours, warm for another 2 hours, then room temp. Well built, easy to clean, seals tightly.

The best purchase for my 3 yr old Montessori school. They have a 20 min lunch and she loves warm food. This is the best and easy to open for the little hands and the right size for her school lunch. She loves the embossed mermaid prints and the color. Good quality. Cleaning is easy if you read the instructions before you toss of that paper that it came with :). I don't put it in dishwasher. Separate the pieces and hand wash them daily.

I got this for my every day lunch for work. So far it has keeps the food farm until lunch time. Not super hot but warm enough for me instead of cold. The spoon inside also very convenient also Leak proof for soups.

Love these! We have been using them for a month already and they're still in great shape. Easy for a 5 year old to open because of its lever handle, not a twist top. I got a whole box of cooked Mac and cheese inside and it keeps food warm from 7am til 11:30 lunch (before I put the food in, I let some hot water sit inside first to heat it up). I feel like this is a really great size for hot rice, noodles, or curry. No leaks so far and we have put the top in the dishwasher. There is also a little compartment with a swivel spork. One of these we got, the spork was a little wonky, but kids are still able to use it and don't mind.

It was really good for like, two weeks or so. Then it just fell apart. Damn shame too cause it did keep food hot for like 5 hours. Up until now I thought it was good for the price it was at, it was leak proof, decent size for a serving of soup, and it was honestly working great. The top is just flimsy and incredibly hard to put back together, I'd rather just buy a different one

After more than a year of daily use - still holds everything pretty good. Keeps food warm long enough, quite large to fill on whole lunch, easy to open and close, and clean too. Though can leak a bit if held long on its side, so keeping it right up.

This 20oz insulated vacuum food jar is an excellent choice for hot school lunches. The wide mouth makes it very easy to fill with soups, stews, pasta, or rice dishes, and it keeps food hot for hours — my son is always happy with his warm meal at lunchtime. I really like the thoughtful built-in pocket for the folding spoon (which is included). It keeps everything together in one compact unit, no need to hunt for utensils separately. Overall, the design is practical and kid-friendly, and the performance has been spot-on. The only real drawbacks are during cleaning: - Disassembly and reassembly feel a bit fiddly — you have to carefully maneuver the handle/locking mechanism, and it takes some practice. - The handle itself feels quite flimsy and thin, so I’m always cautious not to apply too much force and risk breaking it. Once you get the hang of taking it apart, it’s not a huge issue, but it could definitely be improved for easier daily washing. Despite these minor annoyances, it’s a solid product that does its job well and has become a daily essential for my son’s school lunches. Very positive overall — 4 stars (would be 5 with a sturdier handle and simpler disassembly).
