The flavour is quite strong if I have more than a tea spoon, so I mix it up with yoghurt and honey and have it with my cereal, delicious 😋

Very Tasty and cull of vitamin C. Takes all day to harvest sea buckthorn berries, great to be able to buy them in bulk!

When I take this before training witj some bcaa powder, it’s like I’m superwoman. I have so much energy and strength and can run like I’m on batteries 🪫It’s incredible. So much healthier than pre workout but also so much better. All I will say is TAKE IT EARLY IN THE MORNING. It gives you SO much energy that when I took it at night, when I first started using it and was experimenting, I found that I couldn’t sleep at night bc I was still buzzing. I Googled this and found others have the same experience. So just take it in the morning. Hope this helps
