Don't think about it buy it!
I can't say enough great things about the SimPure Countertop Reverse Osmosis Water Filter. From the moment I set it up (which took less than 10 minutes and required ZERO plumbing!), it’s been an absolute dream. The sleek and compact design fits perfectly on my kitchen counter without taking up too much space. But the real magic is in the water quality. It removes over 99.9% of contaminants—including chlorine, lead, heavy metals, PFAS, and even fluoride. The taste difference is instantly noticeable. My coffee is smoother, cooking tastes better, and I’m drinking more water than ever. Another huge plus: the intuitive touch controls make it super easy to use. It tells you exactly when to change the filters, so there’s no guessing game. And since the filters last quite a while, maintenance is minimal and cost-effective. I love that it doesn’t waste water like many traditional RO systems. SimPure’s efficient purification process makes it both eco-friendly and wallet-friendly over time. If you're looking for a convenient, reliable, and beautifully designed water filtration system, this is hands-down the best investment you can make for your health and home. Pure water, peace of mind, and perfect performance—SimPure delivers on every front!

I really like it.
Update on May 17th: SimPure contacted me couple weeks ago inquiring about the issue I'm having with my old unit Y7 and how they can help, despite how old it was and being years past warranty. They've sent me few videos to figure out what's causing the issue (I'll deal with it in few weeks when I can take some time off). I really appreciate SimPure for reaching out, and just to be clear we are a big family and we drink a lot of water, those machines are working nonstop for the family, our coffee machine, and the pets water fountains. I didn't order a new filter from another brand for a reason. Original review: This is my second SimPure I have the Y7 for few years now but it started leaking underneath and I'm too busy, so I don't have time to take it apart and fix it (will do later). What I like about the Y10: 1- it filter the water like nothing else (as it's supposed to do), same goes for the Y7 2- it looks awesome, the finished product looks like a thousand bucks, the Y7 looked cheaper (didn't look that way before I had the new one next to it 😆) 3- it's really quiet, the Y7 was loud. 4- the added water cooling feature is a plus, actually when the cooler starts running it's louder than the filter, but still pretty quiet. 5- the water pitcher made it much easier to pour water. 6- really easy to install (I don't have issues with complex installation) What I don't like: 1- that I have to empty the tank and refill every time, the other option would be under the sink system and drilling hole in the countertop, but I don't want to do that either. 2- it's not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Will I buy it again? Absolutely, I would even buy another Y7 Do I have any regrets? Not really. Hopefully in couple years SimPure would have a whole house system that's not crazy expensive.

Great water but some important info!
I have owned this for about a month and thought I would leave a review for some important information. It is a great system for completely filtered water. The clean water tastes great and absolutely no problems there. Just so you know, the pitcher does leak a little when you remove to use. I drink quite a bit of water so the water in the tank runs out pretty fast. The water tank in the back has to be filled approximately every other day. It lets you know when it needs to filled. It requires you to dump out when there is about a 1/4 of the water left in the filler tank to avoid sediment. The water tank can be pretty heavy when full for some. This is why I purchased a separate cabinet 27 inches from the floor and added my own piece of granite to avoid water damage. I knew removing and replacing the tank frequently could be a pain. It’s a lot easier when the system is lower to the floor when removing/replacing the water tank. I also purchased an automatic sea salt grinder to add minerals back into the water. other than that the system is great and so far pretty happy with it.

Great water filter with one minor drawback
I recently got this SimPure Y10C water filter, and it's honestly been a game-changer for my daily water consumption. The setup was super easy - just plug and play, no need to call a plumber or fiddle with complicated installations. The cold water feature is pretty neat - it chills the water to a perfect temperature (you can adjust between 43-59°F) without needing to take up precious fridge space. What I really love is how thorough the filtration is. You can actually taste the difference compared to tap water, and knowing it removes 99.99% of contaminants gives me peace of mind. The detachable pitcher is also super convenient The only bad thing is that when the water level gets low, you have to completely dump out the remaining water before you can add new water. It feels wasteful to throw away. Despite this quirk, I'm still really happy with my purchase. The filter life indicators are helpful (no more guessing when to replace them), and the water tastes clean and fresh. If you're looking for a no-installation RO system that actually works well, this is definitely worth considering.

It broke after 5 months
I ordered this 5 months ago and it’s now broken and keeps leaking. I contacted customer service for a replacement and they don’t have this model. I’m glad they sent me another model, but it doesn’t have a pitcher, nor does it dispense cold water. This is not what I wanted.
