When I bought the unit I wasn't sure how good or bad it would be. But I must say that I've been pleasantly surprised at just how good it works! And it comes with a bunch of pads and other assorted goodies that I use all the time. I really like the fact that it's cordless, but was concerned about how the batteries would hold up. The set up for charging looked a little "cheesy" to me but low and behold it works great. And it comes with 2 batteries. The unit itself is built solid and has enough power to do the job. The ergonomics are good as well. My hand has not tired when using it for extended periods of time. I had to find a place to put all accessories because there as so many!!! I wish it had a case to put them all in, but I can live without one. I don't think you could go wrong with this unit, especially for the price. It's worth every penny!!!

Wow! You are ready to go with this great buffer sander! Straight out of the package there are two rechargeable batteries including the charging cable, eye protection, an apron, gloves, several sanding and buffing discs, a soft case to hold it all and that’s before you even get to the actual tool! It’s the perfect size so it’s easy to handle and definitely has some weight behind it to help you do the work, but it’s not so heavy that it’s a burden to use! It has several speeds which makes it suitable for any project! The batteries arrived pre-charged and I’ve used one of them twice to same with and haven’t had to recharge it yet. This is easily worth 3-4 times this price! If anyone you know could use something like this I’d snatch it and hide it away for a Christmas present!

Buffer itself works great , problem is the batteries have run out and I went to recharge them to find out that the charger sent to me was two pin for North America, South America and Japan and I’m the uk Despite having tried numerous uk chargers with same style pin connection to batteries have had no success with charging them product now useless It was obvious from the delivery address that a UK chargers capable of charging these batteries should should have been included CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE !!!

This was my first polisher and my first time polishing my car… came out pretty great, look at the reflection on the picture … love this polishing machine, definitely and good buy and recommend..

Negative 5 stars. Used ONCE! on a suv. Both batteries are shot. Won't charge. I fully charge them after a guy got done using them the first time two days later I go to use them again and they die within 15 minutes and now we'll recharge.

I specifically bought this because it also had the bag to store everything in. Well, the bag doesn’t hold everything! No matter how many different ways I have tried packing it it will not zip once you put the items in the bag. Maybe ditch the useless apron and add more size to the storage bag. Not sure if I am going to keep it or send it back, very disappointing

I bought this being a DIY type person. It works as intended for my limited use. I don't think it would pass for a commercial purpose, but if you're only doing your personal vehicles, it will do fine. Bonus and why I bought it was decent reviews and that the 21v batteries I have for other tools work on it too.

No me puedo quejar por el precio la verdad, pero si he de decir que tiene poco torque, en los primeros niveles de velocidad, con un poco que se apoye en cualquier superficie el movimiento giratorio se traba es decir deja de girar, el movimiento osilatorio no tiene problema en cualquier nivel, este es el mas potente. Fuera de lo anterior, pues por el precio viene con muchas cositas que te evita tener que estar comprando aparte.
