Definitely one of the best electrolyte tablet's i've used. A life saver after an intense interval session or long run. Have tried them whilst on a run too and found them to be really good and easy to digest. Tablets dissolve quickly and no nasty after taste either. Heaps of sodium which is key after a long run or a particularly sweaty treadmill session! For £10 too I don't think you can go wrong. I use ORS for an every day electrolyte but these are the big hitters when I know I'll need a proper electrolyte top up!

I sweat a lot and I sweat salty! So I need electrolytes and saltier the better. These are great tasting electrolytes with good hydration factors but, quite pricey for what you get. The labelling and naming is a bit misleading, 1000 will only give you 1000mg of sodium if you use 2 tablets, as each tablet has 500mg of sodium. This is the same across the range. Essentially means the tube with 10 tablets gives you just 5 servings. There are other brands that would give you a full 1000mg sodium hit in one serving for less money per serving. 1000mg sodium makes the drink taste salty in 500ml of water. This precision hydration one doesn't taste salty if you're using 1 tablet in 500ml so if you need lighter hydration then these are great and taste good too but there's far better value for money in other brands. Always read the nutrition label!
