If you like modular buildings, you need to try Funwhole. They're really leaving Lego in the dust, with better and more innovative designs, integrated lighting, and far better prices. This theater set is absolutely gorgeous, features a bunch of interesting and relatively advanced building techniques, and boasts design ideas that make even Lego's best modulars, like their recent Tudor Corner set, feel boring and predictable. As you'd expect with a modular, the roof and floors can separate, but here, a whole subsection of the building slides out for display or play, and there are multiple swing-out hatches that allow you to view the interior while fully lit. (Funwhole's Record Store, arguably the most advanced commercial modular ever made, does something quite similar.) As is typical with Funwhole, there's an enormous amount of detail, and in miniature form, you get an entire theater, with ticket booth, lobby, coat check, bar, orchestra and balcony seats, a private box, stage with rigging and functioning lights that can be positioned... Never mind all the exterior details! As usual with Funwhole, the bricks are top quality, no different from Lego other than the lack of the "Lego" brand name on the studs, and all decorated pieces are prints--no stickers, unlike so many Lego sets! Lego purism is a thing of the past. There are too many great sets from competing brands like this one. If you want to expand your brick-built city or street scene, or if you love theater, this set is a must. Beautifully designed and lit, it's one of Funwhole's best sets.

As a long time Lego collector, I've pretty much 'grown up' be skeptical of alternative brick brands over the years, and honestly use to justify the price of Lego against what else was out there... NO MORE! The Theater has been my 11th FunWhole model for 2023 and they really took it to another level with this one! The design is extremely clever with a lot of fun and unique build techniques, the brick quality is 100% on par with Lego (you would never know the difference if not for the Lego logo), there are only printed pieces (no stickers), and the cherry on top is the light kit, which installs with custom bricks for easy and bespoke integration. The price? As Funwhole models are typically always sold at a discount, It's literally 50%+ LESS than a piece compatible Lego model. If you enjoy Lego modulars, and want to add more variety to your city, or if you're burned out on Lego prices and just love brick building, than this model should be on your list - as should the Antique Store, and the Bookstore Cafe'... I have all three, and they fit in perfectly with my lego City (I've been collecting the modulars since the beginning).

The pieces for the minifigs break so easily, and any moving part sounds and feels like it needsa full bottle of wd-40. other than that, great build, looks amazing

Super cute, very easy to follow the directions, and full of detail! I did not notice any missing pieces (there were actually some extra). The pieces fit together perfectly, lighting is easy to install, and the build itself took several hours (in the very best way). 100% worth the money. I like these sets better than the big brand name ones.

I am an avid Lego builder and have about 70 sets. I wanted to try these sets and was extremely pleased with the value and quality of each set. First, the price is extremely reasonable for the sets, especially knowing you get a light kit included in the price. If you haven’t put together sets with a light kit they really bring them to life. The assembly takes some patience but if you pay close attention to the instructions (including reading ahead a few steps to ensure you route the wires correctly) the build and final product is satisfying. I will buy more of these sets to augment my Lego collection.

Great set, probably one of the more complex Lumi sets to put together which was a positive for me. The lighting is incredible. There was almost no repetition in the build process and no pinched wires. A warning to those who are colorblind. They use red and light brown pieces which look almost identical in the instructions. I kept having to use neighboring bricks to see if I had the correct colors. The set would have benefited by being a little wider and on a standard 32x32 base, but they really squeezed a lot of detail into the interior.

Awesome building experience, and the whole thing opens up, many ways. Lighting great as well. Top-notch!

I have built a few modular sets and this one is definitely a favorite! Shipping fast, quality excellent, end result beautiful! This was so much fun to build. It came together quickly and I experienced no problems. I really enjoy F.O. Instructions, they were clear and easy to follow. And now I’m am spoiled by the lights! Lighting that was considered from the beginning not an afterthought. This a great build a brick set to be added to any collection! Keep them coming F.O. I’m here for it!

Dieses schöne Theater ist das erste Set von FunWhole, welches ich schon immer haben wollte. Lange hatte ich mir diverse Fotos und Videos von dem Set im Netz angeschaut. Und auch diesmal hatte ich wieder richtig viel Spaß beim Aufbau gehabt. Alles wie gewohnt komplett ohne fehlende Teile. Top Steine Qualität. Keine lästigen Sticker wie bei der teuren Konkurrenz aus den skandinavischen Ländern. Stattdessen tolle und gute bedruckte Steine. Gute Klemmkraft bei den Steinen und gute Haptik. Alles war sorgfältig in einzelne Tütchen verpackt. Keine verkratzte Steine und Flächen. Und man kann sowohl die Anleitung in Papierform, als auch online per PDF nutzen. Die LED Beleuchtung ist mega gut 👍 Könnte man mehr als fünf Sterne für ein so tolles Produkt vergeben, dann würde ich volle 10 Sterne dafür vergeben.

He montado maquetas de esta marca y solo puedo decir que son de una calidad MUY BUENA y puedo afirmarlo por que soy un enamorado de las construcciones maquetas de bloques y me gusta comparar y analizar las diferentes marcas. Pros: Calidad del embalaje, bien embolsado, manual completo y bien explicado. Las piezas de muy buena calidad tanto en el tacto y color. La maqueta esta muy detallada y con un diseño muy bonito. Me encanta que incorpore la luces y sobre todo las piezas que esconde el cableado, que es unica que marca que cuidad mucho el detalle. Herramientas que lleva para el montaje. Y sobre todo el precio y los descuentos que realiza para los que los clientes queden satisfechos. CONTRA: Por rizar el rizo tiene alguna cosa mas bien técnica que mejorar. Que tienen poco modelos. En conclusión os aconsejo la compra de esta marca, no quedareis defraudados.

Fun build 😀, Lumibricks (formerly FO) are the best! I don’t know why, but shortly after I put it on display the outside ‘billboard’ lights and the 3 small uostair interior stage lights went out. I don’t think that you could tell about the three interior lights, but a shame that billboard ones don’t work anymore. The main lights are fine…front strip lights, cloak room, reception area, and 2nd floor bar area. My 7th lumibricks set and this is the first time i’ve had a little problem.
