I was very impressed by this composter. Not only does it have a clean sleek look, and it works better than I expected. I previously brought a big composter bin that you attached to the ground, and I placed it all the way back of the backyard. As winter come, I'm too lazy to take my compost to the backyard since it so cold outside, and then I came across this electric composter bin. It fits perfectly on my kitchen countertop, and it looks simple and clean. What I like about this composter bin is that its odorless and it can get composted overnight, and more importantly there are no more fruit flies in the house. I use this composter at least twice a week. Once it composted, I apply it to my indoor plants. What I also like is the self-clean function that this composter bin has. After I removed the compost, I pour 800ml water as it suggested into the bin and hit the clean button. After 15 minutes, I pour the water out to a container then I let it cool down and then I can use it to water the plants. Overall, this composter bin it's easy to use and I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to start on composting in the winter.

Update 2 OK. So this is my third review on this product. I absolutely hate it. If I could leave zero stars I would.At first it worked great really liked the end product used it in my flowerbeds and my plants loved it too. However the E02 error message continually comes up now, about 30 minutes into each cycle. Today I opened it up and there was smoke coming out of it. The top of the charcoal filter is now deformed and looks like it began to melt. Needless to say, I don’t think I will be using it again. I believe it’s a fire hazard. Also there is a great deal of water that accumulates. I don’t know where this comes from. It never happened in the beginning. Once again, no reply from the manufacturer and frankly I’m fed up. I cannot return it since I bought it in April and now it is the end of August. I totally do not recommend this product. I don’t know if the other ones on the market are better but after spending $160 on this one I don’t think I’m going to try again. I’m so disappointed because I really wanted this to work. I think I’m just going to trash it. I’m too afraid to run it again. update 1 on this composter. I have used it for 4 months. At first I had no problems. Then it began giving me an E2 error message which means it got too hot. I wrote to the mfg. and they wanted me to video it. Well that seemed dumb since it just flashes an error code but hey who am I? S o I waited for the next code which too another month to show up. It is now coding on every batch. I am following the instructions even cutting material into smaller pieces since it jams with larger ones. I am only using regular kitchen scraps.. Nothing cooked ( other than coffee grounds which I have used since the beginning . I am frustrated as all get out and would NOT recommend this product at all. No response from Mfg either.

This is amazing! I set my scraps into this bin, and I turned the standard process on the next day, took 6 hours total to process, and the food scraps just turned to the fertilizer!!! So cool, the machine just got heated up, and for sure I don’t know how it did the work, but the result was awesome! The machine was super quiet too! So I wouldn’t even notice it when it was running. The sealing ring can be taken it down to wash, which is nice. I actually don’t need to run the “clean” function, I just put some soap and water, shake it for a bit and easy to clean the bin. The machine came with the charcoal, really sweet. I like this machine, so cool and convenient!

It works well, is quiet and so far, there are no odors but it takes at least four hours and only yields about one cup of compost when done. I have used it several times and like it but I thought it would yield more. Next time, I will buy a larger capacity unit as I compost everything I can (veggies, coffee, dead leaves from my house plants,...). I am happy with the product.

I love my composter. I use it almost daily. I have found it really likes coffee grounds and doesn’t like whole banana peels. I have gotten so much, I’m not sure what you call it, that I’ve been able to put it in my four (yes, I’m obsessive) composters and still have enough to sprinkle around my garden. For my needs, it’s the right size and easy to fill. There is an order while it’s cooking, but it’s not awful and it doesn’t linger. If you run it while you’re at work or overnight, you’d never notice. Well, I don’t. It’s not that I’m insensitive to odors, this just doesn’t bother me. I’m trying to convince my sisters and several colleagues to get one, and promised one to my son for Christmas 🤫

Se rompió una pieza con la que trituraba el alimento, nunca eche huesos, ni nada duro, solo sobritas del desayuno y desechos de verduras, quisiera saber dónde puedo mandarlo arreglar o un repuesto del vaso triturador, gracias

Dejo de funcionar a los 5 meses, nadie contesta en sus medio de contacto aún con su garantía de por vida no la compren

Todo el tiempo aparece el mensaje E:02. No aparece ninguna dirección para saber dónde se puede arreglar o qué hay que hacer ante eso. Lo compré en mayo y solo funcionó buen un par de veces. Estoy esperando una respuesta todavía. Estaba muy ilusionada y fue un gran gasto sin sentido.
