What's the propylene glycol for? Isn't that in antifreeze?

The propolis produced with water is not effective in susbtances (Flavonoid, Phenolic Compounds and Arteppilin C) The extraction by water is about 10x less than the Alcohol or Propylene. 2. propylene glycol USP is used in Food industry as solvent, in cosmetics and for other industries, as this is versatile.
