is there a sizing guide?

The last picture is the size guide

How good is the padding on the pinkie side, specifically, not just the palm? I'm getting nerve pain using just 15 pound dumb bells.

Firstly these gloves only cover 1/2 the finger. If your getting nerve pain you might want to get that checked out . That should not be happening. These gloves are very well made. You might need full padded gloves. Most of the padding is in the palm area.

Description says "Updated 2021 full fingered" but the pictures show half-finger. Which is it for this "Updated 2021" version?

half finger, appears good quality

I have a lot of wrist pains when I do handstands, push-ups, side planks, and many other yoga poses. Will these gloves help? Are they too stiff?

I bought these to help with the wrist pain I got when doing pushups and for support when lifting weights. They have made a huge difference. The palm gripper nubs also help.
