OSINT Techniques: Resources for Uncovering Online Information

I really love this book and the author. I have several of his books, and they’re all full of great information and practical tips. This one is clear, detailed, and easy to follow, definitely a must have if you’re into OSINT or cybersecurity.

While some of the references may be outdated, the important information is about the techniques to use, and this author outlines that in a very clear manner. Very dense, and not every section will apply to every researcher's needs, but the thoroughness is why this is the bible-reference for OSINT analysts.

It's a fairly big book - a well written and detailed reference guide and instructions manual combined. I've only just started my journey and I'm finding the information very useful and helpful. I'll probably be back in the coming days to write a follow-up review. For anyone looking for an OSINT resource, look no further.

I have about 9 of the editions and every time it has been an excellent reference book being invaluable for my work when I hit a wall and I’m looking for a technique for a particular platform. I highly recommend it. Please bear in mind OSINT is a fast changing world and some techniques may not work as soon as the book is published and that is no fault of the authors.
