I love this frame. I wrote a review on it and wasn't thrilled about the Kodak label painted on the frame. It is distracting. I used a black paint pen and you can still see a different color black but it is t distracting at all. I put the frame portrait style and most of my pictures fill up the whole frame. I love that! They look crisp and clear and were easy to load.

I am very satisfied with this purchase. I read about several different brands, but stuck with Kodak. There were some concerns by reviewers about the app and easy of use etc. I have not had any issues. It’s a pretty intuitive app. I used the app, email, and USB function to load photos. Just FYI, I recommend putting everything on a USB…and then uploading….after the initial upload, you can use the cellphone app to add as you go..

Got this for my parents who are technology challenged. I set it up for them and I just dump photos on it via the app/internet. They love it.

1st Digital frame purchase Didn't notice before, theirs A cost of sharing to allow uploads from other individuals. You do i think 5 GB free to start with. Mounted frame on wall, could be user error, way I placed it or the cord direction plugged in. Placement vertical, Keeps going off center, slightlyto the right. Tried to use different nail position, straight and angled. At random times, the auto rotation activates, not like the level off like that. Times, A restart is needed. Other times, backing out & starting loop view works. Easy to use, App function not to bad, other then my difficulty uploading a 2second vid, but had less difficulty uploading a 6sec vid. Unfortunately, can loop vide and pics together. Wish it could, for frame pictures basically all of my dogs photos few I have. Wifi connectivity worked and set up nicely though frame isn't to far from router, and I have a wifi signal extender in home. Clarity looks how it would be on my phone, even after some old photos fixing up image quality with laptop, viewed like any recent photo taken.

So many issues with this Kodak Digital Picture Frame. It is definitely not easy to use. I bought it as a Christmas gift. Some pictures you load on come out white. After a couple months it just started showing the time on it. No pics. Now it is just a screen with the Kodak brand floating around it. I get no help at all on how to fix this. I would not recommend this and would not purchase again. It is ready for the trash can.

This is a quality ‘large’ Kodak digital picture frame with WiFi connection capabilities and an app to upload photos to it from my iPhone. The Kodak manual is useless. All it talks about is downloading the app to your phone and how to push photos to the frame. It has its own memory without using an SD memory card. I used the provided cable to connect the picture frame directly to my laptop that has photos from many years. I transferred hundreds of photos to the frame. There are no instructions to explain how to do this with a PC. I even went to the Kodak web site to look for a better manual, and Kodak’s web site doesn’t even mention digital picture frames. I just did what I thought would work, and it did. Next I could not figure out how to wall mount the frame, since that is why I bought it. The description identified that it was wall mountable. So I emailed the tech support of the distributor of the frame, not Kodak. They responded within 24 hours with which wall mountable attachment to order from Amazon. I was impressed with the Amazon Distributer’s tech support. Kodak is apparently useless from this perspective; although, they made a quality digital picture frame. With a nearly useless four-page instruction manual, you’ll have to figure out all the menus and setup features of the frame by yourself. Oh, that Kodak manual? It has four pages in English and then the same four pages in about twenty-five languages. I would have been more impressed with eight English pages that had more information. Again, I am impressed with the distributor’s tech support, not so much Kodak’s.

I bought this to display family photos and I'm very happy with it. The setup was straightforward and the interface is intuitive. It’s been very reliable so far, and the build quality feels solid. It makes a fantastic gift for family members who aren't tech-savvy because it just works. I can even upload photos during an overseas trip to show them where we are.

This picture frame looks very nice in our living room, and it was easy to set up. I was able to pair it with my phone quickly. The display looks very good, and there are several ways to have the frame oriented. There are also several ways to upload the photos, I used the app on my phone at first- but with that method, you can only do 10 photos at once. There’s also the ability to send photos via email and upload via SD card or flash drive, and there can be multiple users. I like that it also has a calendar and weather screen with multiple viewing options for those as well. The calendar has photos on the side. I’m still figuring this out but I’m impressed with it so far. This would make a great gift for someone who works in an office setting, or a grandparent.

Easy to set up, great picture quality. We love the frame and our memories on display!

After using it for 2 months, have taken one more star off it as it’s not as reliable product & keeps hanging after running good for few days.
