Highly recommend
I was using one of these at a Chiropractor’s office after an auto accident and it was amazing. I took a picture and searched online and found this one. So glad I got my own. It’s so easy to use and safe. It give my neck so much relief when it’s stiff.

Great for neck and upper back relief
I bought this to relieve pain and compression in my neck and upper back. This system works well and using it with a door is very easy. The the stitching along the neck brace can be a little scratchy, which is minor, considering it's holding my body weight. And I would say this is for teens and older.

had to return because I couldn't get the settings correct probably because I'm 6'1" and my door isn't much taller. I found the spring to springy and the neck piece to flexible. I purchased a more expensive version of this on Amazon. My chiropractor has a wall mount version that I wasn't able to find.

Good quality made product.assembly was straight forward and it works as intended.this devise has corrected my C7 Cervical spine issue.I would recommend that the user needs to know the correct way to use this devise for proper results.there are several videos online that can guide you.

Don’t pay $180 for this at the chiropractor. This is the same thing. Hooks over the door / no damage or scratches. I use this 2 x per day, 20 slow stretches. It helps. Easy peasy assembly.

Works good but price is high
Works as it should, very similiar to the one in my chiropractors office. I think the price is high but I wanted this item and very little options.
