So these are pretty fantastic. They do take a long time to get warm, and must be kept covered by clothes to retain heat since they are thin. The sticker is A+ and held on great. It lasted way longer than the 12 hours, and closer to 24. I get migraines and heat across my shoulders helps. Stuck it to my PJs and this way out performs thermacare wraps. Next time I go camping these are coming too. These would be perfect at the bottom of a sleeping bag to keep your feet warm. Absolutely will repurchase.

These body warmers do the trick!!! I stuck one on the butt part of my long underwear so it was not touching my skin. I sat in the freezing cold at the Steeler game for hours and my booty was toasty the whole time!!! We all know how cold those plastics stadium seats get!!! Highly recommenced! -Lauren

Stayed hot all day on a motorcycle ride in the mountains. Kept me warm all day and was still warm when we got home. Value pack is great, had extra to share with the crew. Will buy again.

I wish I could leave no stars. These are absolute garbage. I wasted money on 2 packs of these. We live in the Midwest and have to take the bus. We thought they would help keep us warm since the temps have been brutal this month. They barely have any heat at all. We thought wearing 2 (1 on the stomach and 1 on the back) would help but they would have to actually work for that to happen. They were on all day and just the slightest heat came from them. A hot hands gets hotter than these did. Don't waste the money on these.
