These are a slightly unusual scent which reminds me oddly of fermented yogurt however if you can tolerate this they are like a standard chalky capsule which is easy enough to swallow whole with water. The amount of tablets in the tub is very generous and I am pleased that they will last me for six months as this means I can easily meet my nutritional needs for an extended period of time before needing to repurchase. I also like that they have the additional fortification of added iron as not all multivitamins do. I haven’t had any adverse effects from these particular tablets.

Excellent value for a multi-vitamin which contains 100% of the recommended daily allowance of each ingredient and for a 6 month supply. Tablets are easy to swallow with no discernible taste or smell. Would recommend and buy again.

I like to take a multivitamin daily, and I think these are good value for money, providing 6 months supply. They look like a good all round supplement.

Great shaped pack, easy to post and takes up less cupboard space. Six month supply for such a good price. Seems a good mix of vitamins with the addition of iron, saves me taking other supplements.
