Really good product. The concentrate is so strong, feels like bleack/acid and has to be diluted as said in the instructions. Once cleaned, floor smells mild and good. Affordably priced.

Only 3 refills are delivered inside package while it is clearly mentioned that there are 4 refil pack. Product is very good but please instruct seller to deliver the specified next time.
